SBI Clerk special-drive mains 29 October: scheduled date has passed; check result follow-up
The special-drive /16 mains was scheduled for 29 October, a date now past. As checked on 2 November, the matching careers entry still shows its earlier prelims result and mains call-letter materials; a new special-drive mains result was not verified.

Read the old call-letter listing as an earlier-stage resource
The published special-drive mains date was 29 October. That date has passed. A call-letter link remaining on the careers page does not itself announce a mains result. Keep the matching advertisement and attendance documents, and check the /16 project for a later result. The regular /17 recruitment remains separate.
Two Junior Associate recruitments are listed
The careers page has separate entries for the regular Junior Associate recruitment and the special recruitment drive. Their result and call-letter links must not be interchanged. The 29 October mains announcement sits under the special-drive advertisement ending /16.
What is available for special-drive candidates?
The special-drive entry lists the preliminary result, mains call-letter link and a notice scheduling its online mains examination on 29 October. A link being listed does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the download service. Your own call letter gives the reporting instructions and assigned appointment.
Use the special-drive handout and document checklist
The linked mains handout specifies 190 questions for 200 marks in 160 minutes, with separate timers: General/Financial Awareness 35 minutes, English 35, Quantitative Aptitude 45, and Reasoning/Computer Aptitude 45. It asks for the mains call letter with photograph, the authenticated prelims call letter and ID copy, and original photo ID with photocopy. Read your own call letter and any applicable scribe instructions for the complete conditions.
What to do next
- Match special drive CRPD/CR/SPLDRIVE/2026-27/16 to your application.
- Preserve the relevant call letter and documents already used for the scheduled mains.
- Check SBI careers for the matching project’s next result/instructions; do not treat another drive or an older waitlist as your result.
