Postponed-centre group: bring the prescribed vision certificate
The notice reschedules CBAT at test-centre codes 9417, 9208, 7954 and 30677 to 12 November in the third shift. These are the centres covered by the earlier local postponement. Candidates in this group must bring the vision certificate prescribed in Annexure VI A of CEN 01/2025. The notice says entry will not be permitted without it and specifies that the eye specialist’s seal must show the qualification and/or hospital position as an eye specialist.
Technical-problem group: read your individual email
RRB also offers another attempt on 12 November, third shift, to specified candidates at specified centres adversely affected by technical problems during the 30 October CBAT. It says emails are being sent to those concerned and that this group need not bring the vision certificate. If they attend the 12 November test, only its marks determine their result; if they do not take the offered attempt, their 30 October CBAT marks apply. This opportunity is not extended to every ALP candidate.
Keep this older CBAT separate from current CBT 1
The notice promises city/date and eligible SC/ST travel information by 4 November, with e-call letters four days before the date shown in the city slip. Use your own account and later RRB instructions for actual availability. This is CEN 01/2025 CBAT; the 3–5 November CEN 01/2026 CBT 1 and Ongole/Nellore changes are separate.
What to do next
- Match CEN 01/2025 and whether you are in the postponed-centre or emailed technical-case group.
- Read the correct vision-certificate condition for your group and follow the official admission document.
- Check RRB for city/date, eligible travel information and the later e-call letter; retain the individual communication.
